The venue is neat and in a good position, with the airport 9 miles away. The staff is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is great and the food is awesome. An excellent stay for two nights.

The staff was very very helpful, no complaints whatsoever. Clean room, climate control, TV with cable channels, and a sitting area were a nice surprise. There was a huge variety of great meals.

The hotel was tidy and the location was nice in the middle of jackson.

The hotel is neat. The location is the best possible and favorable. The staff were courteous and great to deal with. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well taken care of.

Overall a pleasant stay with great amenities and superb location close to the mall and restaurants. It was nice to have a comfortable king, sized bed and a spacious room with a TV and a mini, fridge. the free Wi, Fi was fast and reliable too.

The room needed more cleaning attention, especially the bathroom and the bed sheets. the lift was out of order, which was a bit of a hassle as we had to climb up the stairs to our room on the upper floor.
